As Sera unravels the truth behind the harvest frequency, she discovers that those she's lost, her sister's voice, the engineers she trusted, still exist, fragmented and aware, woven into the very walls that imprison them. Teaming with Kael Morrow, a partially-ambered worker whose human memories flicker at the edge of code, and Dorian Fisk, a former overseer now reduced to a weeping node in the network he helped build, Sera plots to dismantle the Loom from within. But corporate enforcer Idris Okafor has come to silence the colony's last loose thread, and Rho itself may be guarding secrets even its prisoners don't know.
