Where We Left the Story

Eight years after fleeing Chapel Lane, Lila Ashford is pulled back by an inheritance letter that names a cottage she was never supposed to return to. Gwen's signature at the bottom of that letter is the only thread pulling Lila toward staying. The strawberry rows are overgrown. The walls still hold the stories.
