Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dracon products, software, and hosted services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Software License

Certain Dracon products are provided as downloadable software under the Dracon License. The license grants use rights based on your organization's size tier, as described on the licensing page. Annual license fees are due at the start of each license period.

2. Hosted Services

Hosted services are provided on a subscription basis. Usage is governed by the terms of your selected subscription tier. Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing dashboard.

We reserve the right to enforce fair daily usage quotas to ensure service availability for all subscribers. Exceeding your quota will result in temporary access limitations that reset daily.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are provided at Dracon's discretion. To request a refund, contact us at contact@dracon.uk.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include: attempting to access services through unauthorized means, using services to harm others, reselling access without authorization, or attempting to circumvent usage quotas.

5. Intellectual Property

Dracon retains all intellectual property rights in its software, services, and documentation. The Dracon License grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership. AI-generated books and content provided through the service are licensed to you for personal or internal business use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dracon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or via email to registered account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
